INNOVATION VOUCHERS AWARDED

The Innovation Fund closed the Public call for the award of innovation vouchers since the allocated funds in the total amount of 60 million dinars were spent.

Innovation vouchers were approved in the order of applications received, within seven days from the date of submission of the application by the company.

Under this public call, 119 vouchers were approved for 95 companies. 29 scientific research organizations have been hired to provide services, and the most represented service provider is the Innovation Center of the University of Nis. The companies mostly needed services in the field of mechanical engineering and mechanical engineering for the development of new, i.e. improvement of existing products and services or processes.

Funding through the Innovation Voucher Program is aligned with the Smart Specialization Strategy.

Funds for the implementation of the first public call were provided from the budget of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, and through the “Competitiveness and Jobs Project” (Loan Agreement of the Republic of Serbia with the World Bank).
